Job Description

1. Definition of the customer relationship manager

(1) Organizes and implements the processing of requests from customers, related to the services concerned (marketing, communication, …), according to loyalty objectives and customer satisfaction.

(2) Lead a service.

(3) Can realize the management of customer files.

 

2. Working activities/scope of the customer relationship manager

(1) Develop or participate in the development of the customer relations strategy and determine the annual action plans and the objectives of the service;

(2) Develop or upgrade customer service quality procedures and monitor their application;

(3) Design service performance indicators, analyze results and set up adjustments;

(4) Provide information on the activity monitoring media, draw up the annual activity report and propose areas for progress;

(5) Coordinate the activity of a team;

(6) Collect the remarks of the customers and transmit them to the management;

(7) Offer solutions in response to customer complaints or forward the file to the management;

(8) Lead human resources management actions (recruitment, training, …);

(1) Search,set-up,maintain and promote the business partner relationships;

(2) Prepare and help the business/project negotiations;

(3) Undertake the KYC process and files;

(4) Make research report on the business clients;

(5) Draft, translate and review, finalize the business/project agreements;

(6) Prepare and help the business trip/business inspections;

(7) Deal with banks,accountant,taxation,recruitment,etc;

(8) Monitor,carry out the business process/project flow;

(9) Draft and monitor the internal Rules and regulations;

(10) Organize,archive the materials/files.

 

3. Requirements/Skills of the customer relationship manager

(1) Bachelor degree on business/management/accountant/economy or finance;

(2) At least 10 years of working history/experience on financial/business fields;

(3) Working background on bank/investment fund/investment company;

(4) Working experience both on the Asia market and European market;

(5) Good at English,French and one major Asia language(say, Chinese,Japanese,Korean,etc),Germany will be a plus;

(6) Deep understanding the Luxembourg/Europe and Asia business cultures and social backgrounds;

(7) Basic elements in marketing,Trade Law,Budget management;

(8) Conduct project;

(9) Techniques on Communication,Management,Sales,Statistical analysis;

(10) Typology of customers / consumers;

(11) Use of office tools (word processor, spreadsheet, …)
